Domestic orders to the US and APO addresses $75+ ship free. Non domestic orders $100+ ship free.

In stock orders ship within 3-5 business days. Back order items within 7-10 business days.

NOTE: Orders placed during sales and holidays we ask you allow 7-10 business days for order processing due to the large volume of orders placed.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Track your package here

Once your order is pulled for fulfillment you will receive an email with your tracking number(s).

At this time, Basique Opulence ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Basique Opulence ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason you may request a full refund within seven business days of receipt of the product via email at [email protected]

NOTE: A return of the unused product in its original packaging is required.

DIGITAL/VIRTUAL PRODUCTS: there are no refunds on digital and virtual products as service is rendered at download or consultation time.

DAMAGED ORDER

If an order arrives damaged, please forward pictures of the damage to [email protected], as well as a list of which items were damaged so that we may file the claim on your package & replace the items. No replacements will be sent without photos, as they are needed to submit the claim on your behalf.

WARRANTIES

All products have a shelf life of 6 months and are batched fresh to order. Keep out of direct sunlight to preserve potency.

LEGAL NOTICE

All notices from Basique Opulence to you may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to Basique Opulence shall be made either by regular mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site or email [email protected]

Basique Opulence charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
