Directions for use: prepare 1 tablespoon of herbs with 32oz spring water. bring to a boil allow to fuse 2-24hrs. Strain and drink 3-5 days weekly.

Topically: strain into spray bottle, spritz scalp and hair 1-2x daily. Follow with herbal growth oil.
